We have the land, we have the infrastructures and we have the first costumers. All you need to do is to bring the material you need to start. We help you promote yourself and boom! the next day you have your dream job in paradise. The only things we ask in return is *30% of the profits and a bit of help managing the project. The rest is common sense, the more costumers come to the project, the more costumers you get. So it is in your interest to help us promote and run the place.

Example: You love surfing and you want to share your passion. You come to the project with 2 or 3 surfboards. We talk about you during dinner time and the next day you have 4 customers. You charge $20/lesson so you make $80 during the day. You give $16 to CDEP and $8 for the community projects so you get to keep $56. With this money, you can pretty much cover your food and sleep expenses for an entire week at the project so everything you make extra the following days are profits. We take care of the payment and give you your share of the money. As simple as that! Then for more income, you can also organize surf camps and retreats ;)
